Cleanse Day 1

So what's it like to go through a cleanse day? Let me try and give you a window into it.

Wake up and have my shot of ionix and natural accelerator. Feeling pumped up and ready for the day!!
First cleanse drink at 8am. I like mine warm like a tea. 8 oz. of warm water with 2 scoops of Cleanse For Life.

Now I can see the wheels turning in some of your heads right now. You're asking yourself, "how is this not starving yourself?" "This is probably just water weight she's losing, right?" WRONG!!!!! Let me explain a bit about our Cleanse For Life (CFL) and what makes it work and how it's different from anything else on the market.
First of all, nutritional cleansing nourishes the body with nutrients that assist in cleaning out unwanted substances from your body. Besides helping you lose weight and rid your body of harmful toxins, CFL can help you experience increased energy, feel more alert and focused, and also help improve mental and physical performance.
How is Isagenix different from other's on the market? Other's claim only to cleanse part of the body, like the colon, kidneys, or liver. Isagenix's CFL works for your whole body. Also, CFL works on a cellular level, rather than just flushing our your digestive system like some diuretic products. Unlike other products out there that may deplete the body of vital nutrients, CFL actually nourishes the body as it cleanses. This is important...commit what I'm about to say to memory! CFL has 1500 calories worth of nutrition for 1 deep cleanse day. This means that you are NOT starving yourself!! Your body is getting the necessary nutrition to function. That is why the weight you lose while cleansing stays gone! It's also why nutritional cleansing is not harmful for your organs, it's actually beneficial. This is the opposite of some other cleanse systems out there.  Ok, now to carry on with how my day looked.

Around 9 am I had 1 Isadelight. A fabulous dark chocolate that is approved (and to me, crucial) for cleanse days!!! I mean, who else had chocolate for breakfast and was getting healthy?? Sign me up, right??

10:00 Isa snack, a vital part of a cleanse day! Keeps your brain from hypoglycemic shock as well as many other important things.

11:00 another Isa snack

12:00 time for another cleanse drink. Since I was just getting ready to step in for a massage (awesome on a cleanse day by the way!) I had made mine ahead of time and brought it with me. Love that it's portable like that! Makes it so easy to stick to.

2:00 I was done with my amazing massage and got to enjoy my post massage bottle of water with an Isadelight! (one more accelerator too)

4:00 time for another cleanse drink. Again I was out of the house so I drank the premade one I had.

5:00 Isa snack

6:00 Isa delight for dinner!!

7:00 Isa snack

8:00 last cleanse drink for the night. I love putting the kids to bed and then sitting on the couch to watch some TV with my warm cleanse drink and an Isadelight!!

So there you have it. Doesn't sound too scary does it?? Day 1 is always the hardest, but between the cleanse drinks, snacks, Isadelights, gallon of water, and my favorite filler- herbal tea with stevia, it's very doable. Day 2 is always easier!!! Day 1 we burn 20% fat while on Day 2 we burn 80%!! Bring on Day 2!

Day 1...Here we go!!!!

I had said before that I wanted to use this blog as a window into nutritional cleansing. I'm sure there are many of you out there that have never even heard of it before. So here we go, day 1.

I took my weight this morning along with measurements.

Neck- 11.5"
Left Arm- 10"
Right Arm- 10"
Bust- 29.5"
Ribcage- 27"
Waist- 26"
Abdomen- 29.5"
Butt- 38.5" (ouch!)
Left thigh- 19"
Right thigh- 19.5"
Left knee- 14"
Right knee- 14"
Left calf- 12.5"
Right calf- 13"
Weight- 141.2"

I woke up and had my natural accelerator with my shot of Ionix! If you aren't aware of these products and what they do for your body check out www.isaproduct.com. I then had my shake. This morning it was creamy french vanilla with ground cinnamon! Probably one of my favorites. To me it tastes just like a chai frappacino from Starbucks.

I headed off to Zumba this morning to sweat it out. Have to get in a least 20 min. of cardio each day. I'm also taking on the KickAss April challenge. Along with that I've taken on a 10,000 squat and 10,000 push up challenge for these next 60 days!!! Feeling the burn!!

My 400-600 calorie meal today was chicken stir fry with broccoli, red and green peppers, and snow peas! Love, love, love!!!!

Dinner is another shake and it all starts again tomorrow!!! Feeling GREAT today!! So there's a glimpse into day one. Simple enough, don't you think?
